Fees in £
The rates are:
- The first individual meeting/MIAM of up to one hour is £240 per person.
- Mediation sessions cost £240 per hour, per person. The sessions are usually 1h30 - 2 hours, unless otherwise agreed. Therefore, the cost of a session is between £360 and £480 per person.
- An hourly rate of £480 applies for any work that may be required between sessions. Time is recorded in 6 minutes increments.
- No VAT is payable.
- Should the mediation process take place in French, the hourly rate is £280 per hour, per person. This French rate is applied for all work undertaken within the mediation process.
The fees are:
- Charged separately per person.
- Payable in advance on booking the first individual meeting/MIAM.
- Payable 48 hours in advance of each joint mediation session.
The English Ministry of Justice is currently funding a voucher scheme of £500 towards the costs of Family Mediation that relate to discussions about your child/ren.
This offer applies to residents in the England.

- Other payment methods to be discussed.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours full notice (excluding weekends) is required for the cancellation of sessions without charge.
24 hours full notice (excluding weekends) is charged at 50% of the appointment fee(s).
For joint sessions, this means the full fees for each participant is payable.
This Cancellation Policy also applies if the mediation process is cancelled or terminated in circumstances where there is a breach of the Agreement to Mediate.
By agreeing to meet with Nancy, you accept the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
