Nancy’s approach

Instructing specialist lawyers can be expensive, so Nancy offers a cost effective bespoke service at competitive rates without compromising on the quality of services provided.

She offers an initial free consultation of up to half-an-hour (without follow up material) to explore the best process options to suit each client’s unique circumstances and advise on the best way forward. Should the initial consultation last more than half-an-hour, normal hourly rates will apply to the time spent with the client. The hourly rate will be agreed at the time the initial consultation is arranged.

Nancy’s approach to costs is open and transparent.  Fees are calculated on the basis of time spent working on each matter in accordance with her hourly charge out rate. She is able to structure flexible payment plans where these are helpful to her clients or assist them in obtaining specialist litigation funding.

NANCY KHAWAM Family Law and Mediation undertakes only privately funded work and does not have a franchise with the Legal Services Commission.
