Traditional Values

Contemporary Approach

After 10 years at several of London’s leading law firms, Nancy established her own legal and mediation practice in 2014.

Located in the heart of Knightsbridge, we are committed to providing the highest quality legal advice and mediation services with a personal and discreet service for every client.

Our approach to costs

Our approach to costs is open and transparent. Fees are calculated on the basis of time spent working on each matter in accordance with our hourly charge out rate. We are able to structure flexible payment plans where these are helpful to clients or assist them in obtaining specialist litigation funding. NANCY KHAWAM Family Law and Mediation Limited undertakes only privately funded work and does not have a franchise with the Legal Services Commission.

Instructing specialist lawyers can be expensive, so we offer a cost effective bespoke service at competitive rates without compromising on the quality of services provided.

We offer an initial free consultation of up to half-an-hour (without follow up material) to explore the best process options to suit each client’s unique circumstances and advise on the best way forward. Should the initial consultation last more than half-an-hour, normal hourly rates will apply to the time spent with the client. The hourly rate will be agreed at the time the initial consultation is arranged.
